Selling your home can be a very stressful ordeal! The following checklist will help you to ensure you have taken care of the basics before leaving your home.

  1. Transfer Utilities - Be sure to transfer your utilities prior to moving. You want to be sure you have all the needed utilities at your new home, as well as to not leave anything in your name at your old residence that could lead to unplanned billing.
