Armstrong Elementary Park
110 Gladstell Rd. 77301.

This 2 acre park was developed through a joint venture between the City of Conroe and Conroe Independent School District. Amenities include athletic practice field, basketbal courts, play structures and a picnic area.

Candy Cane Park
1204 Callahan Avenue, 77301

This 24 acre park is Conroe's most well known park.  It began as the City & VFW Park and has grown into a popular destination that includes the Heritage Museum of Montgomery County, ADA compliant playgrounds, pavilions, picnic areas, the Conroe Recreation Center and the Conroe Aquatic Center.  In 2001, six new tennis courts were built to make room for a major expansion of the Aquatics Center that features two instructional pools and a splash/spray pool.

Flournoy Park
413 Tenth Street, 77301

This 4 acre park east of downtown Conroe was developed from an agreement with the estate of J. W. Flournoy.  This park was redeveloped in 1998 with new parking, a new ADA compliant playground, a full size basketball court, and picnic area.

Gibson Park
514 Lily Blvd, 77301

This 1 acre pocket park was developed in 1978 through a partnership between the City of Conroe and Brookshire Brothers, LTD. Amenities include athletic practice field, play structure and picnic area.

Geisinger Elementary Park
2323 White Oak, 77304

This 1 acre park was developed in 2000 through a joint venture between the City of Conroe and Conroe Independent School District. Amenities include basketball court, play structures and a jogging trail.

Heritage Place
500 Collins Street, 77301

This park was developed with the help of the Conroe Service League in 1986 that consisted of a gazebo, picnic tables and a playground as well as green space.  In 2001, Heritage Place underwent a major expansion in response to civic leader's desire to create a new central space in downtown Conroe.  This new 2.5 acre public space is capable of accommodating events as diverse as public gardening, crafts and cooking fairs, wedding receptions as well as a venue for outdoor events, festivals, and concerts.

Kasmiersky Park
889 Old Magnolia, 77304

Development of this 10 acre park was made possible by a donation from the estate of Steve A. Kasmiersky in 1985.  The original park consisted of a playground, exercise station and trail, restroom facilities, a pavilion, tennis and basketball courts, and a handball court.  Today, Kasmiersky Park features a new ADA compliant playground, asphalt walking trail, and a skate park in addition to its original amenities.

Lewis Park
501 Park Place, 77301

This 5 acre neighborhood park was developed in 1978.  It was redeveloped in 1999 with ADA compliant playground equipment, a pavilion, and additional parking. Amenities include a pavillion, athletic practice field, basketball courts, baseball fields, play structure and picnic areas.

Lions Park
1851 N Hampton, 77303

In 1998 the City of Conroe and the Conroe Noon Lions Club joined forces to build this 3.5 acre park located in the Robinwood Subdivision.  A quarter mile walking trail was recently added to this park's features. Amenities include pavillion, athletic practice field, basketball court, play structure, walking trail and picnic tables.

BB Rice Elementary

This 1 acre park was developed through a joint venture between the City of Conroe and Conroe Independent School District. Amenities include athletic practice field, basketball court, play structure and picnic tables.

Milltown Park
600 York, 77301

The 2.3 acre neighborhood park was developed in 1985. It was redeveloped in 1998 with ADA compliant playground equipment, a pavilion and basketball courts.

Carl Barton Park
2500 South Loop 336, 77302

This Park was developed in 1999 with Phase I & II and was named after a former Mayor for The City of Conroe, which serviced from 1979 to 1989. Phase III was completed in 2000 making this facility the biggest in The City of Conroe with 201 acres. This park is not only used for soccer and baseball games, but it is also very popular for reunions, birthday parties as well as picnics while fishing in the ponds

McDade Park
3750 FM 2854, 77304

This park was introduced in 1998 and started with only 19 acres.  In 1990 a basketball court, restrooms, and pavilion along with picnic tables were added. In 2004 an 18-hole Disc Golf was introduced, making this park a 38 acre amenity

MLK Sports Complex
813 South First Street, 77301

This park was formerly known as First Street Park. It is one of the most popular spots for little league. In  2003 the park was renamed in honor of Dr. MLK, Jr. Amenities include softball fields, play structures and picnic areas.

OA Reaves Park
1717 Loop 336, 77304

This park was developed through a joint venture between the City of Conroe and Conroe Independent School District. Amenities include athletic practice fields, basketball courts, play structure, and picnic tables.

Roberson Park
1301 Roberston Street, 77301

This 1.6 acre neighborhood park was developed in 1984 in memory of Dale Hamby. It was then renovated in 1999 & 2000 with ADA compliant playground equipment, parking area, sidewalks and fencing around the basketball area. Amenities include basketball courts, play structure, and picnic tables.

Runyan Elementary

This 2 acre park was developed through a joint venture between the City of Conroe and Conroe Independent School District. Amenities include athletic practice field, play structures and picnic tables.

Sam Houston Elementary

Stewarts Creek Park

This 9 acre park was introduced in 1981. Then went on to be renovated in 1997 with ADA compliant playground equipment, a pavilion, jogging/walking trail and athletic field. Amenities include a pavillion, athletic practice field, play structures, walking trails and picnic tables.
